Ingredients

Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Filling:
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 (11 oz.) tropical fruit cocktail, drained
1 (4 oz.) pineapple, crushed, drained
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Instructions

Crust: Mix flour, margarine, sugar & salt together.

Pour into an 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Add the mini marshmallows and bake for additional 5 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, flour, vanilla extract, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail and pineapple.

Topping: Spread cool whip over Filling layer.

Decorate.
