Easy Mexican Rice by

3/4 cup white rice (10 minute rice)
1-1/4 cups water
1/2 cup bottled salsa
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste


Combine all ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium - low and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered and let sit for 5 minutes.

Servings: 6
