Ingredients

3 cups potatoes, sliced
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 (10.75 oz.) tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

Brown hamburger, with 1 tsp. salt and pepper; drain.

Place potatoes and 1/4 tsp. salt, onion and add celery and half of green pepper.

Place the hamburger over the vegetables. Add rest of green pepper pieces.

Mix water and soup together and pour over the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
