Ingredients
3 Cups Cooked Bulgar Wheat or Quinoa
2 Cups Finely Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint
1 Bunch Spring Onions Finely Chopped with Green Ends
8-10 Grape Tomatoes Cut in Half
1/2 tsp. Crushed Allspice Beans
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Jalapeno De-seeded and Finely Chopped (Optional)
4-5 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.  Add 1/4 cup of lemon and increase to taste.  Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
