Ingredients
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Inch Sliced Ginger
2 tsp. Whole Cloves
1 Palmful of Cracked Cardamom Seeds
4 Cups Water

Instructions
Bring Water to boil and let steep overnight.  Strain into glass jar and   add honey if desired at this time.  Refrigerate.  Pour 1/8 to 1/4 Cup of base over ice.  Mixture is strong and additional water can be added to ice for a weaker blend of chai.
