Soup with potato and smoked fish by

Ingredients

- olive oil: 1 tbsp
- onions: 1 medium
- flour: 2 tbsp
- milk 3,2%: 250 ml
- smoked belly bacon: 60 g
- potatoes: 350 g
- smoked mackerel: 100 g
- salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Chop onion and fry it on oil in a pot.
2. Sauté it until gold.
3. Add flour and stir for about 2 minutes.
4. Slowly add half of the milk, stirring.
5. Cut bacon, peel and cut potatoes, separate the fish meat from bones. Add all this to the soup.
6. Add the rest of the milk.
7. Lower the heat and cook for about 30 minutes (until potatoes are tender), stirring very often - milk likes to burn on the bottom.
8. Add salt and pepper at your discretion.
