Ingredients

vegetables: chanterelles, onion, red pepper, egg plant

Instructions

Chanterelles:
1. Peel and remove the stem
2. Spice with: salt, pepper, freshly grated garlic, sprinkle with oil
3. Press the grill to flatten them and grill with bottom up for 7 minutes.

Onions:
1. Slice
2. Spice: salt, paprika, sprinkle with oil
3. Grill for 4 minutes.

Red pepper:
1. Cut into wedges (like little boats)
2. Spice: feta/soft cheese, salt, sprinkle with oil
3. Grill for 7 minutes.

Egg plant:
1. Slice vertically, 1-2cm thick
2. Spice: salt, sugar, smoked paprika, pepper, sprinkle with oil
3. Grill for 5 minutes.
