Chicken in milk&honey sauce by

Ingredients

- chicken fillets: 400 g
- garlic: 2 cloves
- milk: 250 ml
- liquid honey: 3 tbsp
- flour
- spices: hot chili, white pepper, salt
- breadcrumbs (from bread rolls)
- olive oil (for frying)

- basmati (or white) rice: 100 g

Instructions

1. If the fillets are big then cut holes in it. Cover the chicken with spices and put to a cool place for at least 10 minutes.
2. Cut garlic into slices and fry on oil until brown. Then remove the garlic.
3. Cover the chicken in the flour and fry on the same oil on both sides.
4. Mix milk with honey and pour to the chicken. Saute it for about half an hour, turning the meat if needed.
5. 10 minutes before the end add some breadcrumbs to thicken the sauce if needed.
