Fried rice with a bit of frozen vegs and shrimps/fish/chicken by

Ingredients

- parboiled rice: 350g dry
- frozen vegetables (frozen peas, canned/frozen corn and sweet pea, optionally carrot): 300g
- shrimps or fish or chicken: 250g
- oil (for frying): 1 tbsp
- salt, white pepper, curry
- aroma: lime juice, sesame oil

Instructions

1. Fry the rice in 1 tbsp of oil on pan for 2 minutes (until it starts getting transparent).
2. Cook the rice in salted water for 10 minutes. If you want, you can add curry.
3. When the rice is above water surface, turn off the heat and keep the rice warm for about 10 - 15 minutes.
4. In case of fish or chicken fry it separately from vegetables. Fish should be spiced before with salt, white pepper, lime juice. Chicken should be spiced with salt, pepper and curry.
5. On another pan (with oil) add shrimps and vegetables. Add salt, white pepper, curry. Fry for about 2 minutes.
6. Add rice and fry some more (3-4 minutes).
7. Finally add chicken/fish.
8. Add salt and pepper on your discretion. Sprinkle with lime juice and sesame oil. Mix together and serve.
