Ingredients

Ice Cubes
135ml Absolut Pears (or any vodka)
60 ml Lemon Juice
60ml Simple Syrup
1/2 inch microplaned Ginger
1/2 peeled microplaned ripe pear

Add all to shaker with ice.
amounts of syrup, Ginger and pear flexible according to taste.
