Lasagna Soup by

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 ounce size) beef broth
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cups mini lasagna noodles or rotini
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Brown beef in a large pot, then drain well.
Add onions, tomatoes and sauce to the skillet.
Stir in broth, water and spices. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Garnish each bowl with mozzarella cheese.
A nice Garlic Bread goes great with this!
