Pork Chop Casserole by

6 pork chops
2 large potatoes
1 large onion
salt and pepper


Lightly brown pork chops. Line casserole dish with sliced potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper. Cover with pork chops. Make gravy (thin not runny) pour over chops, potatoes and onions. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
