900 g Pork shoulder
220 g Breadcrumbs (1/8tsp salt recipe)
2 tsp Black peppercorns
2 tsp Sage
2 tsp Onion granules
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Mace
1/2 tsp Cayenne
