Vegan mayonnaise by


300 grams silken tofu
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar


Blend all ingredients and refrigerate at least an hour to thicken. This will keep for up to 1 week at the most in the refrigerator.
