4 Chicken Leg Quarters
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
MSG
Italian Seasoning
Sugar or Honey

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 275
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Place chicken quarters in lined baking sheet, and toss well with all seasonings. Pierce the skin a few times with a knife.
4. Pour a half cup of water into the lined baking sheet with the chicken, and cover with foil (crimp the foil around the sides of the baking sheet to minimize moisture loss)
5. Bake for 3 hours
6. Raise heat in oven to 350, and remove foil from baking sheet
7. Bake chicken for another hour or so to firm up the skin.
