Buffalo Chicken Dip by


About 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 oz block of cream cheese
1 C Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 C ranch dressing
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, plus additional for topping


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Set cream cheese out on counter to soften
3. Bake chicken until cooked through (around 20 minutes or so).
4. Shred chicken with two forks.
5. Add 2 cups shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and 1 cup sharp cheddar to large bowl. Mix together thoroughly (the cream cheese not have many large chunks)
6. Spoon into 8x8x1-7/8 in aluminum pan, shake to level out the dip.
7. Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese across the dip.
8. Bake until heated through (20-25 minutes, or to desired heat).
