Arugula Steak Rice ‘Salad’ by

Ingredients

Steak cut of choice
Salt & pepper
Lemon juice
Olive Oil
Arugula
Carrot, optional

Instructions

1. Pat dry steak and season with salt pepper, and any other desired herbs such as italian seasoning, parsley, thyme, etc

2. Sear steak on a hot pan or grill to desired done-ness. Allow cooked meat to rest before slicing into cubes against the grain (With the grain will result in overly chewy results)

3. Cook rice of choice, optional add seasonings such as curry, turmeric, lime juice, fresh herbs after cooking.

4. Make basic salad dressing by combining salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk while streaming in olive oil. Add in any other flavors you like.
