Chocolate Hemp Latte by

Ingredients

-1 cup Hemp milk (Has a wonderful nutty flavor that pares divinely with cocoa)
-1 tsp or so unsweetened cocoa powder
-Optional: 1 tsp matcha powder
-Optional: 1 scoop protein collagen powder
-Optional: Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

If serving warm, heat hemp milk prior. Tastes great cold, my preference.

1. Put a small amount of hemp milk, around 2 tbsp or so, into your cup or mug of choice.

2. Using a small strainer, sift your dry ingredients into the mug, using a combination of shaking and pushing down with a tsp to get the powders through the strainer. This step is very important to avoid clumps, & get an overall smoother texture.

3. Use a frother if you have one, ideally an electric one, to combine everything together very well. If you don't have one, do your best with a spoon, whisk, or blender. Once well combined, add the rest of the milk and continue to combine.
