Cilantro Lime Bowls by

Ingredients

1. Protein of choice: Fish, steak, chicken thighs or breast, etc.
Seasoning for all of the above:
-Salt & Pepper
-Lime
-Oregano or Italian seasoning

2. Cilantro Lime Rice (Follow recipe found in 'sides' section)

3. Simple Guacamole
-Avocado
-Lime
-Salt
-Cilantro

Instructions

1. Make the rice

2. Season and cook the protein, grill recommended for charcoal-y flavor

3. Make the bowls by topping the rice with the meat and then the guac.
