Ingredients

-Butternut squash
-Salt & pepper (very light on pepper)
-Olive oil

Instructions

1. After thoroughly removing outer skin & inner seeds, slice squash into bite sized cubes.

2. Season with salt, light black pepper, and olive oil

3. Bake at 400 F for 20-40 min until tender with light, subtle crispy ends
