Slow Cooker Beef Roast is great cut up for sandwiches the next day.

You can use whatever cut of roast you want for this recipe.

Ingredients

2 kg Roast Beef
1/2 cup Flour, divided in half
1 tbsp Gravy Powder
1 packet French Onion Soup Mix
2 cups Water

Instructions

1. Spray the slow cooker with canola oil.
2. Rub half the flour over the roast and put it in the slow cooker.
3. In a small bowl combine remaining flour, gravy powder, and soup mix.
4. Gradually whisk in the water and mix well. Pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until tender.
