Ingredients
Potatoes
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Oregano
Olive oil
Instructions
Heat the oven to about 200C.
Chop the potatoes finely and add them to a baking tray so that they are relatively spread out.
Drizzle olive oil (or other preferred liquid oil) on to the potatoes .
Sprinkle a couple of pinches of each spice over the potatoes.
Gently shake the tray to spread the oil and spices evenly.
Bake for about 30mins, checking and turning every 10 minutes.
