Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce by

1 medium head of cauliflower
1 t. prepared mustard
3 T. mayonnaise
1 Cup cheddar cheese
medium head of cauliflower
t. prepared mustard
Wrap whole head of cauliflower with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Place in glass dish and cook in microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Let stand, covered, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix mustard and mayonnaise.
Remove plastic wrap and coat with the mustard-mayonnaise mixture, then top with cheese.
Put in microwave long enough to melt cheese, about 1 to 1.5 minutes on high.
