Cheesy Noodle Casserole by

Ingredients
1 package Gluten Free Noodles (I use the Rotini noodle from Fresh and Easy)
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 pound cooked Ground Beef
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 Cup green onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except cheese and place in 8x11 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
