Cilantro Salsa by


3 tbsp chopped onion
2 small garlic cloves, minced
3 large ripe tomatoes, seeds removed & chopped
2 hot peppers, seeds removed & chopped
2-3 tbsp minced cilantro
1 1/2-2 tbsp lime juice
salt & pepper


Put onion and garlic in strainer. Pour 2 cups hot water over them, drain and cool. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving. Makes 2 cups salsa.
