Cheese Sauce by

This sauce is wonderful on steamed asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Top the dish with a good sprinkle of paprika
Ingredients
3 Tbs. flour
3 Tbs. butter
salt and pepper
1 1/2 C. milk
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
dash of Tabasco
small grating of nutmeg

1 cup
of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Melt butter in medium sauce pot, and add flour a tablespoon at a time, whisking vigorously to combine raw flour.
Add liquid till you like the consistency.
Then blend in the cheese, and Tabasco and nutmeg.
