Truffle Oil Mashed Potatoes by
10 red potatoes
1/4 cup light cream (or milk)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp truffle oil
2 tbs butter
light cream (or milk)
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place the potatoes inside. Cook until you can stick a fork all the way through them, drain.
2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and using either a potato masher or fork (or some other device), mash the potatoes until smooth.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the cream, truffle oil, salt and butter until well incorporated.
4. Add the cream mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix until potatoes are smooth.
