Pan-Seared Salmon by

Ingredients

salmon fillets
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat & lightly coat with olive oil

2. Season salmon on both sides with salt & pepper

3. Place the salmon (skin-side up if the skin is left on) in the pan and cook for 4 minutes

4. Flip & continue cooking for another 4 minutes, or until desired firmness

5. Transfer to a plate & serve as desired


Notes:
* Serving suggestions: Top with pesto or salsa
