Brown Bag Chili by


2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 package of Brown Bag Chili mix
3 10oz cans Mexican Fiesta Rotel
2 16oz cans dark red kidney beans
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 12oz can or bottle of beer
salt and pepper to taste


Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion and green pepper and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Simmer for about 30 minutes before serving.
