Old Fashioned Corn Pudding by


3 cups frozen corn
6 whole eggs, stirred well, not beaten
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 sugar
1 t salt
1 t flour
1/2 backing powder
2 T butter (melted


Stir in eggs and cream with corn. Combine dry ingredients and add to the corn mixture. Stir in the melted butter and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. The middle will still be jiggly, but it will set up after cooling off a bit.
Serves 8-10
