Caramel icing by
Caramel icing recipe...1 cup firmly packed brown sugar. 1/2 cup butter or margarine. 1/4 cup cream...1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioners sugar.
Melt butter then add brown sugar bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Add cream and bring to a boil again the take off the heat and cool to lukewarm. Add confectioners sugar and beat until creamy. Very rich icing but um um good!
