ITALIAN RIGATONI BAKE by

Ingredients

16 oz. Lean Ground Beef
16oz. box Rigatoni Shells
24 oz. Jar Ragu Six Cheese Sauce
14.5 oz. can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes (w/basil,garlic,oregano)
1 sm. Onion
½ small can Tomato Sauce
16 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Cut your onion in and put in to cook with beef. Add your seasonings to beef. When beef is browned if you used a cheaper beef you will need to drain the grease. Add your can of Diced Tomatoes and tomato sauce into beef mix and simmer until heated thoroughly.
Cook the Rigatoni as directed on the box. Drain and pour back in your pot then add your beef mix. Add the Jar of Ragu and stir well. Layer into a 9 x 13 baking pan
putting layer of Rigatoni beef mix then shredded mozzarella cheese then do again ending with the cheese on top.
Place in the preheated oven and bake 15 minutes until cheese is melted thoroughly.
