Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake by

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 medium eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips, divided
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, vanilla flavor
1 medium egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 small dark chocolate bar, grated


Cookie: Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Beat margarine, butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Fold in flour mixture, mix until soft dough forms.

Spread 1/2 of dough into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Cover with 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Cheesecake: Prepare cheesecake ingredients until creamy. Pour cheesecake mixture over the chocolate chips.

Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over the cheesecake mixture. Spread the remaining cookie dough over the chocolate chips.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool completely.

Topping: Spread cool whip over the cheesecake. Sprinkle dark chocolate bar over dessert & other candy.

Refrigerate overnight.
