1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, cut fine
1/2 cup celery, cut fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cubes chicken bouillon (dissolved in 3/4 cup water)
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce


Brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain.

Place ground beef mixture and rest of ingredients into casserole dish.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
