Ingredients
Cookie Layer:
1 (17.5 oz.) sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/3 cup peppermints, crushed
6 drops red food coloring
White Layer:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Green Layer:
1 (3.3 oz.) white chocolate pudding mix
1 Tbsp milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
6 drops green food coloring
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/4 peppermints, crushed
1/4 mint chips

Instructions
Cookie Layer: Beat sugar cookie mix, margarine, flour and egg. When combined, add crushed peppermint and red food coloring.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking. Bake for 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
White Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Spread over the cookie layer. Place in a cool area until layer is set.
Green Layer: Mix dry pudding mix, flour, milk and white chocolate chips and food coloring.
Spread over the White layer and put in a cool area until the layer is set.
Topping: Beat cool whip, peppermint and chips.
Spread over the Green Layer.
Decorate.
