3 eggs
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Oreo green creme cookies, ground
Filling:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 Tbsp. skim milk
3 drops green food coloring
1 cup mint M & M's
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip

3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/3 cup chocolate syrup 3 eggs 2 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup Oreo green creme cookies, ground 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 3 Tbsp skim milk 3 drops green food coloring 1 cup mint M & M's 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Brownies: Beat margarine and chocolate syrup; until well blended.

Add eggs beat one at a time, honey and vanilla extract, mix well.

Stir in flour, salt and Oreo cookies, until well blended.

Pour into an 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat margarine, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, milk, green food coloring and mint M & M's.

Topping: Fold in cool whip.

Spread over cake.

Decorate.
