Chocolate Chip Blondies by

1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, butter eggs and vanilla extract until blended. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to brown sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cool completely.

Refrigerate overnight.
