Ingredients
5 Medium Sweet Potatoes Cubed
8 Tbsp. Salted Butter
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ground Clove
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Medium Sweet Potatoes Cubed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.  Chop sweet potatoes into 1/2" cubes. Place in 9 x 13" baking dish.  Melt butter in small sauce pan.  Add rest of ingredients to pan and mix well.  Pour over yams.  Bake in foil covered pan for 30 minutes   Remove from oven and baste.  Return to covered pan and bake for another 30 minutes.  Turn oven down to 225.  Bake for another 2-2 1/2 hours until consistency of sauce has turned to a heavy syrup.  It is Ok to allow a few burn spots to appear on glaze and potatoes as it adds to flavor.
