Ingredients
1 Stick Melted Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup of Whole Milk
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Pint to 1 Quart Fruit

Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 Cup        
Sugar
3/4 Cup        
of Whole Milk
1 tsp        
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp        
Salt
1 tsp        
Vanilla

Pint to 1 Quart Fruit
Instructions
Melt butter in 9 x 9 pan.  Mix rest of ingredients (except fruit) and pour into pan of butter.  Drop fruit into pan and spread throughout  mixture with a knife in Zorro pattern, do not blend.  Bake at 375 till bubbly, brown and crusty on top.  Timing depends on amount of fruit and liquid in fruit.  Can Take 45 minutes to an hour or more.
