2 Pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (Prepare per box directions)
Add:
1 Can Creamed Corn
1/2 Can Diced Jalapenos
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

1 Can
Creamed Corn
1/2 Can
Diced Jalapenos
1 Cup
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Combine additives to corn muffin mix and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes in 9 x 12 pan or 10 minutes longer in 9 x 9 pan. Toothpick inserted at center of pan should be slightly gooey.
