Buttermilk Biscuits (Lee Bailey's) by

Ingredients
2 Cups of Flour
1 tsp. of Salt
2 tsp. of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. of Baking Soda
6 Tbsp. of Cold Unsalted Butter
1 1/2 Cups of Buttermilk
2 Cup        
s of Flour
1 tsp        
of Salt
2 tsp        
of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp        
of Baking Soda
6 Tbsp        
of Cold Unsalted Butter

1/2 Cups of Buttermilk
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together.  Cut in butter with a pastry cutter.  Make a well in the center of the mix.  Pour in the buttermilk and incorporate with a fork until just mixed.  Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased, parchment lined cookie sheet.  Leave ample space for biscuits to spread.  Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
