2 cans whole green chiles
3 cup shredded cheddar
4 green onions
3 cup shredded mozarella cheese
6 eggs
3 cup soy moo
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cans salsa


Spread chiles, cheddar and green onions and 1/2 moz cheese on bottom of 9X13pan. Beat eggs, moo, flour, salt until smooth.
Bake 325 degrees for 50 min.
Mix Salsa and moz. cheese together and put on top, bake for 10 more minutes.
