Note: I found the paper cups at the party supply store in town. If you don’t find them at yours, you can try a commercial kitchen supply store.

1 3-oz box strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup Pinnacle Cake Flavored Vodka
17 or so 1-1/4 oz paper cups

Lay out your paper cups on a tray. Add the strawberry-flavored gelatin mix to the boiling water and stir for 2-3 minutes, until the powder is completely dissolved. Add to it the cold water and vodka, stirring for another 30 seconds or so. Ladle into paper cups and pop them in the fridge to set, 2-3 hours.

I think it goes without saying, but just to be safe: Do not serve to children.
