Ingredients

1. Chicken 1KG without Skin
2. One Onion
3. Half bunch Corninder
4. Garlic 6
5. Green Chillies 4 to 6
6. Black pepper 12 to 15
7. Lime / Lemon Drop 6 Drop to full squee once
8. Rock Salt
9. Ginger 1 thumb size
10. Cummin Seeds 1 ts

Instructions

1. Wash Chicken thoroughly, dry it and apply turmeric
2. Dice Onion, COrninder, Gralic, Green Chilly, black pepper, salt, cummin, ginger to make fine paste without water or with very less water
3. Take a vessel which can hold Chicken with water.
4. Add 2 large spoon of oil and add dryied chicken and fry for 6 Minutes. Toss and turn inbetween
5. Add the paste on chicken and toss and turn to coat the paste entirely
6. Fry the paste before adding water depending on what consistenticy of sauce is required
7. Close the lid and bring to boil for 8 minutes.
8. Leave it to sim for 10 minutes.
9. Add freshely chopped coriander while serving

Total cooking time is 35 Minutes..
