Homemade Satay Chicken by

Ingredients

2-3 large Chicken breasts, boneless/skin off
Peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, whichever you prefer)
Soy sauce
Crushed garlic
Sesame oil
Water
Potatoes & Vege for serving

Instructions

Remove skin from chicken breasts. Slice chicken. Lay on baking tray coated in sesame oil. Grill for 5-10 min per side.

For satay sauce:
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4-1/2 cup water, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp crushed garlic. Heat in microwave on 30sec bursts stirring in between.

Serve sauce over chicken on the plate, with potatoes & vege or whatever sides you want.
