Honey Baked Chicken by

Ingredients

* 1 Packet of french onion soup mix
* 3/4 cup either white wine or stock
* 3 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup if you prefer
* 1kg (2 pounds) bone-in chicken pieces, skinless

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180c/360f. In a small bowl, combine the soup mix, wine and honey. Arrange the chicken in a 22cm (9inch) baking dish and drizzle the wine mixture over the top. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, reduce the temperature to 150c and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden and the chicken cooked through

Serve w/ mashed potato or rice and vege
