Pakistani Kima by

Ingredients

500g beef mince
1 onion, chopped up
1 can chopped tomatoes in juice (I use budget)
3 potatoes, cut into bite size peices
Frozen whole baby green beans (I use Pam's, half of a 750g packet)
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp each of: salt, turmeric, cinnamon, crushed garlic, crushed ginger
Rice for serving (cook in microwave rice cooker: 1 part rice to 2 parts water, 14min)

Instructions

I use 1 pot & 1 large stove top fry pan.
In the pot, boil the potatoes & beans for 10-15min.
In the fry pan, fry the onion in a bit of oil for 2min.
Add mince to pan, brown it.
Add canned tomatoes.
Add the potatoes & beans to the fry pan too.
Sprinkle all the spices on (don't leave them out, you need them all for the yummy flavour!)
Stir it all up, let it cook on low-med heat 10min.
Serve over rice (to stretch it further)
