1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. super fine sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. orange extract
Jam or jelly

Sift flour and salt. Beat and cream butter. Add sugar, extracts, egg yolk, and dry ingredients and mix. Place balls the size of a nickel on a cookie sheet. Press gently in the middle with thumb and fill with jelly. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
