Ingredients

chicken : 8 medium cutted pieces
ginger paste: 2tbsp+1tbsp
lemon juice: 5 tbsp
salt: as required
kashmiri chilli powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
curry leaves: a bunch
coconut: 1/2 cup
coconut oil

Instructions

1 First marinate chicken pieces with 2 tbsp ginger paste ,lime juice and salt
for an hour.

2 Then add chilli powder, remaining ginger paste,curry leaves to the marinated chicke.Mix tem well.

3 Heat oil in a pan and fry te chicken pieces until crisp..Once chicken is done add cocunut to te same bowl and fry until brown in te same oil.
