Grilled Pork Chops by

Ingredients

Grilled Pork Chops everybody loves (serves 4)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika (regular penzeys is best)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
6 garlic cloves, sliced thin
3 tablespoons juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespons finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt & Pepper
Your choice: Pork (4-6 chops- bone in or out); thinner chops work best.


Instructions

1. Combine oil, paprika, sugar, red pepper flakes and garlic in a bowl. Microwave until garlic is softened and fragrant (about 1 minute). Whisk lemon juice and parsley into oil mixture and season with salt and pepper.

2. Pat pork dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Pour over oil mixture over pork and coat both sides. Grill pork until done to taste. Transfer to platter, tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
